How do I change my subscription price? What if I want to grandfather existing subscribers?

Strategy Managers can change their price any time. To change your subscription price, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your System page
  2. Click the Manage button
  3. Click the Edit Strategy button
  4. Enter your new price in the field and Confirm Change
  5. Once you have submitted the price increase, proceed to the Subscriber Management screen for your system and follow the steps to enter a custom billing here.
 

Note:


  1. Whether or not they will be grandfathered, all current subscribers will be notified of the change in price.

  2. If a custom billing is entered, new price will be applied after custom billing expires.

  3. Current subscribers before the price change will be charged the old price for one more billing cycle before they are charged the new price.

  4. After the price change, all new subscribers will automatically be charged the new price.
